William is a graduate of Michigan State University and Michigan Technological University and is currently a resident of California. 

He is the Founder, Chairman/President/CEO of Capital Marketing Associates Inc (“CMA”).

CMA is an international business development and consulting firm, providing financial and strategic business partnerships in the development, planning and financing of domestic and international projects.

Freedom Farms GWT looks forward to drawing on Bill’s  extensive domestic and  international  experience in planning, developing  and financing of self-sustaining projects, in the areas of commodities, health and wellness protocols, organic foods, clean water, waste processing, optimizing fossil fuel economy and many other relevant work and management experiences in major corporate undertakings.

Jennifer Mahoney brings over 15 years of strategic leadership experience across technology sales and non-profit sectors, consistently demonstrating her ability to drive growth and build successful teams across multiple organizations.

As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at OWCF (2006-2011), she addressed food insecurity among Orange County's unhoused population by building a network of 50 dedicated volunteers. Her leadership provided service opportunities for youth and created sustainable programs supporting vulnerable community members, establishing OWCF as a vital resource for the underserved population.

In her corporate career, Jennifer was instrumental in the growth of a start up software company, leading to a successful acquisition. Her unique combination of non-profit leadership and corporate success makes her an invaluable advisor in organizational growth, revenue operations, volunteer management, and strategic planning, offering valuable perspective for organizations seeking sustainable change while maintaining operational excellence.

Roger Gaskins

Chief Operating and Finance Officer

Roger is a graduate of United States Air Force Academy,  Colorado and Florida State University.

He currently lives in Texas and serves as Chief Operating and Finance Officer – Lexington Global Solutions (LGS) (Dallas, Texas)  LGS is a domestic and international environmental project management firm that engineers and implements pioneering, sustainable, renewable energy solutions.

Roger Gaskins brings domestic and international experience in  energy, environmental, manufacturing, engineering, and finance within dynamic startup and growth organizations. His results-oriented approach  will help focus Freedom Farms GWT on P&L management and responsibilities. He is also accomplished in business mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, private equity, board interactions and shareholder relations. Mr. Gaskins is an innovative, ethical team member and will support actionable plans to exceed the company’s goals, objectives, and vision.

Tony Taverrite is a high-performing and adaptable sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry with a primary focus on land disposition. Known for his personable approach and strategic problem-solving, Tony is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and delivering effective solutions to complex challenges.  Throughout his career, he has earned numerous sales awards and has successfully led large sales teams, with a strong focus on recruiting, training, and organizational development. In addition, he has experience working with a wide variety of domestic and international investors.

Tony currently resides in Laguna Niguel, California, with his wife Sherry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at local beaches and on the golf course.

Andrew Hill

Advisory Board Member | Greenhouse Operations Leader | USMC Veteran

Andrew Hill is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry expert with over 10 years of experience in greenhouse manufacturing. After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Andrew developed strong leadership, systems management, and high-pressure decision-making skills, which have been key to his success in both military and business environments.

Following his service, Andrew co-founded Phocas Farms Greenhouses with his father, blending his military background and passion for sustainable agriculture. Over the past decade, Andrew has overseen all aspects of greenhouse design, manufacturing, and installation, successfully leading his team through the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.

Now a member of an advisory board focused on greenhouse operations, Andrew is applying his extensive hands-on experience to guide the strategic direction and operational improvements of the business. His unique combination of military leadership and entrepreneurial expertise allows him to provide valuable insights on growth, efficiency, and sustainability in greenhouse management.

Matt Siefker

Matt Siefker lives in Goldfield, IA with his wife Oksana and their four- year old son, Natan. He graduated from The Agricultural Technical Institute/Ohio State University in 1995 with a degree in Farm Management. The Siefker’s operate a 4000 acre corn and soybean farm in Iowa. They also had a 50% share in a 6500 acre farm in Ukraine, which they sold in 2018. Matt has experience in grain production of corn, soybeans, wheat, barley, sunflower, rapeseed and yellow peas. He also has experience in international business and shipping equipment. The farm in Iowa also has a commercial trucking business. He has 30 years of experience in agriculture.

Business Development and Government Liaison

Chuck is the author and founder of Jobenomics that deals with the economics of business and job creation. He leads a national grassroots movement with a following of several million people and the support of numerous policy-makers and decision-leaders, that has a goal of creating 20 million net new US private sector jobs by 2020. More than most, he appreciates the job creation potential and mission of ACTS Freedom Farms. His connections to countless local and national leaders will directly benefit ACTS Freedom Farms as we reach into states, counties, and neighborhoods with our message and solutions to the many challenges being faced. As Partner at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Mr. Vollmer organized and managed one of the largest US consortiums involved with industry privatization in the former Soviet Union. These consortiums accomplished the largest privatization effort in history converting over 70% of state-owned industries to private enterprises. He lectures on economic, industry and policy issues and opportunities related to job and business creation. Mr. Vollmer has also lectured on the Mid-East, Islam, Arabs and cooperative engagement. Steve Hill has spent most of his life working with his hands—whether it was managing cattle ranches, growing vegetables, or helping families with insurance planning. These days, he co-owns Phocas Farms Greenhouses, Inc. with his son, where they build and maintain greenhouses and promote sustainable farming practices like plasticulture. What started as a small operation has grown into a business that supports farmers across Oklahoma and beyond.Before that, Steve ran Phocas Farms, a small urban farm in Edmond, Oklahoma, where he grew fresh produce for the local community and school system. He’s always been drawn to practical, hands-on work, and over the years, he’s managed several ranches, improved pastures, and worked with breeding programs to improve cattle herds.Earlier in his career, Steve spent over 17 years in the insurance industry, helping individuals and businesses with everything from retirement planning to group benefits.
